MTS entitles you to Maintenance and up to 2 hours of free Technical Support during the coverage year.  Any unused time DOES NOT carry over beyond the coverage year.  (You would pay for any technical support over 2 hours at the rate of $300 per hour.)

If you do not purchase MTS, you do not get maintenance and you only get up to 30 minutes of free technical support.  (You would pay for any technical support over 30 minutes at the rate of $300 per hour.)
